Modern garden designer

 

A modern north-facing garden in Holderness, East Yorkshire. An outdoor room, with a full complement of outdoor lighting allows the family to use their outdoor space at any time; its modern finish combines visual interest, minimal planting and a desire to ensure low maintenance.

 

We were asked to create a modern design for an outdoor room (as opposed to a traditional garden) which had a wow-factor.

 

This family garden has no lawn for ease of maintenance and instead creates a large and usable space for the family to enjoy year-round. With a raised terrace and an outdoor fire, space to barbecue, a hot tub, and a full complement of outdoor lighting, the garden can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Its modern finish combines visual interest, minimal planting, and a desire to ensure low maintenance.
