The Old Vicarage

Large terrace with sofas and dining at the Old Vicarage

Delivered in phases over a period of 3 years (to date), we transformed this large country garden in East Yorkshire into a series of carefully interconnected garden ‘rooms’, each one with its own distinct character, designed to work together as a unified landscape.

Blending traditional and contemporary elements that work harmoniously with the Old Vicarage and its modern renovated interior, the garden includes a new driveway, with evergreen and seasonal planting to screen cars from view; a generous terrace to the rear of the property; a new herb garden; a kitchen and cut-flower garden; a Rose garden; a contemplative formal pool; a wildlife pool with a cantilevered deck and a festival garden for summer parties.

Close to Beverley this garden is a truly beautiful place in which to relax and is just one of our favourite garden designs in Yorkshire.
